This assemblage was created by combining two varieties: Pinot Noir and Cabernet Dorsa. Cabernet Dorsa, the lesser-known variety of the two, ideally complements the velvety, fruity Pinot Noir with its structure and intense colour. The 9 months our Hohfels spent maturing in the barrique resulted in a refined red with notes of red berries, mushrooms and even caramel. An ideal wine for meat dishes and a delicious companion for a variety of main courses.

This cuvée combining Pinot Noir and Barbera brings our two vineyards «Hohfels» and «Ariotta» together in one bottle. The synergies between North and South create a fresh, delicate wine with notes of red fruits, spice and vanilla. After 12 months of separately maturing in the barrique, the Pinot Noir and the Barbera are blended for bottle-aging. An excellent companion for red meat and cheese.
